Map the workflow
We look at how enquiries, jobs, handoffs and client updates run today, find where details are re-keyed or status is chased, and agree the stages your work moves through.
Configure the account
We set up your stages, fields and documents, add automation rules for the repeatable follow-up, and create users and roles so each person sees what they need.
Connect approved systems
We import your existing records from spreadsheets, and connect other tools through webhooks, Zapier, n8n and Make. We connect only the systems you approve.
Onboard your team
We walk your team through how the work now flows, then hand the account over to you.
What it costs
Implementation is priced separately from your LUCY plan, and each engagement is agreed before work begins.
- Workflow assessment: £199 one-off. We review how your work runs today and give you prioritised recommendations.
- Hands-on support: £13 per hour, with no minimum commitment.
- Ongoing support: monthly retainers of £125 for 10 hours or £240 for 20 hours.
- Larger integration projects: scoped and quoted fixed before any work starts.
